Fastest century in Test Cricket: After nearly 4 years, seasoned Indian Test player Cheteshwar Pujara eventually registered his 19th Test century during the current first Test against Bangladesh. Pujara last recorded a century in a match in 2019. Cheteshwar Pujara completes his 19th test century after four years, and the celebration goes viral.

Century Drought Ended by Pujara

India Test ace Cheteshwar Pujara recorded his quickest Test century. Pujara reached his first Test century after 1,443 days as he achieved his 19th Test century. Shubman Gill and Pujara partnered for a tonne of runs for the KL Rahul-led squad in the second innings of the series opener.

Gill’s First test Century

On Day 3 in Chattogram, Shubman Gill hit 110 from 152 balls for his first Test century. He hit three sixes and ten boundaries during his knock.

On the other hand, After making his Test debut in December 2020, Gill earned his first century in his 12th match. Gill has played six innings of cricket and this is also his first century.

Gill was batting against Bangladesh bowlers left and right, but he was sadly bowled out by Mehidy Hasan in the day’s third test match’s second innings in the 50th over. With 10 fours and three sixes, he scored an amazing 110 runs off 152 balls. Granting the much-needed lead to team India.
